Last November 7, seven Romeos
from Kpop group ‘Infinite’ serenaded their fans in their much anticipated
concert, 2015 Infinite 2nd World Tour in Manila: Infinite Effect at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Their fans, more popularly known
as ‘Inspirits’, screamed with excitement as they saw the silhouette of members Sungkyu,
Dongwoo, Woohyun, Hoya, Sungyeol, L, and Sungjong, as they opened the night
with their song ‘Before the dawn’. Hoya was injured though so he was just
sitting down, but this did not stop the rest of the boys in giving it their all
as they showcase their synchronized dance moves.
The crowd even got more excited
as the boys introduced themselves in Tagalog. “Ako ang iyong boyfriend. May forever!”
said L, making the audience cheer for him even more.
For their second concert in the
country, Infinite sang popular hits such as “Paradise,” “Be Mine,” “The
Chaser,” and “Destiny”. They also sang the song “Love Letter” and started throwing
love letters written in paper airplanes and cute stuffed toys to the audience.
Leader Sungkyu performed his
latest single "Kontrol,” while Woohyun serenaded the audience and did a
heart-tugging rendition of his song "Everyday," which made the
audience a bit emotional and some even got teary-eyed.
Dongwoo looked quite amusing as
he smiled from ear to ear as he received a drawing of himself as a gift from
one of the fans.
Infinite’s sub-unit groups
Infinite H, and Infinite F also had separate performances during the concert,
showing off their singing, rapping, and dancing skills, accompanied by great
fan service.
L, Sungjong and Sungyeol made the
girls’ hearts race with their performance of ‘Heartbeat’ and ‘My Girl’.
The last song to be performed was
“Bad,” their latest single which was released just last July, and with this,
the audience really did feel bad because it was time to say goodbye.
Hoya started cheering up the
Inspirits by saying, "Wag na kayo umiyak. Babalik kami. Promise. Gusto namin
kayo masaya at malusog.” This was followed by Dongwoo stating it was one of
their best concerts. Woohyun also tried to make them smile by saying “Merong
Forever".
The encore followed with the
songs “Come Back Again” and “Together”. The boys thanked their fans and bowed
together.
With great vocals, suave dance
moves and superb fan service, it was definitely a night to remember for
Philippine Inpirits.
2015 Infinite 2nd World Tour in
Manila : Infinite Effect is presented by Woollim Entertainment in cooperation
with S.M. Culture and Contents, Dream Maker Entertainment, and Pulp Live World.#
